Our “core group” or original developing group
have already hired a wonderful architect, Keith Covert,
to design three basic floor plans of varying sizes to fit
different needs and different lots. The first floor of each
townhome is fairly set but can be tweaked to your needs.
The second floor has been left open except for a bathroom.
You can finish out the second floor as you wish using as
much square footage as you need keeping in mind that the
city of Dallas requires that each home must be at least
1,500 sq. ft. We have five lots that can be designed with
our architect specifically for you for an additional design
fee.
